Actress Jennifer Lawrence admitted that he often got drunk and biting with other actors after attending the premiere of the Hunger Games. He admitted that he often did it with Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson.
He reasoned that the crowds at the premiere’s red carpet were exhausting, so relaxing for a while with his colleagues to smoke marijuana and drink whiskey was their choice.
“The kids and I often go right back to the hotel just to drink whiskey and giting there,” Lawrence said in an interview with The New York Times, reported by Insider, Friday (4/11).
But Lawrence made sure that his leisure habits had now been abandoned. Because she has become a mother of one from her marriage with Cooke Maroney.
“My in-laws will love this news,” joked Lawrence, referring to her current status as Cooke Maroney’s wife since 2019. “I’m not doing that anymore, I’m a mother!”
In the Hunger Games trilogy, Jennifer Lawrence plays Katniss Everdeen, a character who often collides with Hemsworth and Hutcherson’s characters Gale Hawthorne and Peeta Mellark.
The film is an adaptation of the teen novel by Suzanne Collins, which was first published in 2008.
After gaining success, the dystopian novel was developed in a wide screen version into four film titles, namely The Hunger Games (2012), Catching Fire (2013), and Mockingjay Pt. 1 (2014) and Mockingjay Pt. 2 (2015).
Now, the beginning of the story will be summarized in a prequel titled The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, which is set decades before Katniss Everdeen’s adventures begin.
The film will focus on the youth of Coriolanus Snow who eventually became the ruthless president of Panem. So, he will look different in the prequel film.
In the Hunger Games trilogy, President Coriolanus Snow is played by Donald Sutherland. However, there is no information about the cast of Snow and the others in The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes.
In response to this, Lawrence couldn’t believe that the film franchise that made him so intense had given rise to a prequel.
